How it works

Four steps from listing to booked

Most owners don't need advice. They need someone to find what's wrong, fix it, price it properly and answer the guests. That's the job.

01

Property & listing audit

We read your listing the way a guest reads it, and find what's holding back your ranking — the title, the photo order, the amenities you never ticked. Then we walk the property on video, with you holding the camera. We ask the awkward questions: what's the water pressure like, how fast is the Wi-Fi, is the lighting warm enough, is the bed actually comfortable.

02

Cross-platform marketing

We hire the photography and video team, build the branded pieces — a logo, a webpage, the social presence — and publish across multiple platforms rather than leaning on one. Nights left unbooked on a platform you never listed on are income left on the table.

03

Dynamic pricing

A flat nightly rate loses money in both directions. We adjust to demand, local events, weather and what your competition is doing, using data on comparable properties rather than a hunch.

04

Experience & support

We handle all guest communication, bookings, check-ins and check-outs, and we hire the cleaning team — who also audit the property between stays, so problems surface before a guest finds them.

Questions

The things people ask first

What does it cost?

We take 30% of booking revenue. There is no separate setup fee for the photography, the listing rebuild or the marketing — that is all inside the 30%.

Do you only work locally?

No. We work nationwide. Because we run the walkthrough on video rather than visiting in person, we can start on a property almost immediately, wherever it is.

My place is already listed. Do I have to start over?

No. We rebuild an existing listing in place, so you keep your reviews and your ranking history rather than throwing them away.

Who talks to the guests?

We do. All of it — enquiries, bookings, the questions at 11pm, check-in and check-out.

Who checks on the property?

The cleaning team audits between stays. That means the property is being looked at regularly, rather than whenever a manager happens to drive past.

How do you set the rates?

We look at data on comparable properties and demand patterns in your area, then adjust regularly rather than setting a rate once and leaving it.

What do you need from me to start?

The property address, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how many guests it sleeps, and the square footage. Then a video tour, which you record.
